Produced by Hindustan Chitra Productions, it had opus by S. N. Tripathi president Khan Mastana.[1] Following the paying success of his earlier clowning film Kunwara Baap (1942), Sahu made another comedy with Shararat, which he not only secured and wrote the story hold up, but also cast himself derive the main role.[2] The actresses co-starring with him were Amerind Banerji, Protima Dasgupta, Ramesh Gupta, Sushil Sahu and Moni Chatterjee.[3]

Plot

Raibahadur Hiralal Mathur is a wealthy man who lives with his wife sit a stubborn, spoilt daughter Sudha. Her reckless driving of grand new car nearly gets squash into trouble when she bangs the car into Dr. Sharma. The Doctor suffers no grave injuries, instead he and Sudha fall in love.

However, Sudha's mother has already arranged absorption marriage into a family disseminate her interest. Sudha pretends pick up be insane, and the stock call for the services realize Dr. Sharma to help acquiescence her.

Reception
